The C40 range opens at $78,990 for the Recharge Pure Electric and tops out at $87,990 for the Recharge Twin Pure Electric, before on-roads. That is the sticker, not the number you sign. Grade, options and your state's on-road costs all move it, and so does how hard the dealers compete for the sale. Tell us what you want and we will put a genuine drive-away price in front of you.
There is no separate invoice from us on the C40. The fee is built into the transaction, so the C40 figure we put in front of you is the figure you pay. Nothing is added at signing. At this end of the market the spread between dealers is where the money is, and that is what we go after.
$78,990 buys the Recharge Pure Electric; the Recharge Twin Pure Electric sits at $87,990 on the C40. What you are buying is battery and drivetrain, not a nicer interior. It comes down to daily distance more than anything else. Give us the use case and we will tell you where the value sits.
Seat layout, boot volume and ANCAP rating differ across C40 grades in ways the brochure hides. Tell us the real requirement: three across the back, a pram, two child seats and a dog, whatever it actually is. We will confirm which grades genuinely meet it rather than nearly meet it. If nothing in the range fits, we will tell you that plainly.
Drive-away is the on-the-road figure for the C40, not the advertised one. Registration, CTP, stamp duty and dealer delivery all sit on top of list. State by state, electric cars attract different charges, and some concessions remain. We run the numbers for where you live and the C40 you have chosen.

Yes. Nothing about the C40 warranty changes. The separate battery warranty is unaffected too. It comes from the franchised Volvo network, not from us. Warranty attaches to the car and the supplying dealer, not to who negotiated the price.
It comes down to whether your C40 is already built or still to be ordered. Battery-electric supply is the more volatile of the two. The same grade can swing from weeks to months, and colour moves it further. We check live availability first, so you get a date you can plan around.
The exemption applies to battery electric cars that sit under the fuel-efficient LCT threshold and are novated. The exemption is what drove the growth in electric novated leases. For the C40 it turns on which grade you pick and where the drive-away lands. We check it on your specification; your accountant confirms the tax treatment.
