NOTE 01 — H1 carries the head term at label scale; the H2 does the selling at display scale. Both render from the same tokens. The three value cards replace the hero form — every CTA on this page is now a jump link to #quote at the foot of the page, so there is exactly one form and one conversion point to instrument.
NOTE 03 — Proof bar is now three fixed claims, identical on every page — no per-model numbers to verify and nothing for the generator to get wrong. If a real published saving is ever added back here, it renders from {{saving_proof}} and only where a verified figure exists for that make. The generator must never invent one. Tone guide §4: we can cite real results, we cannot promise one.
Benefits

What a broker actually does on a new ASX

  • More than 1,000 dealers put up a number. You choose from real offers instead of arguing over one.
  • You get the on-the-road figure first. Everything that would normally appear at signing is already inside it.
  • You never sit in a sales office. Tell us what you want once, and we take it from there.
  • We find the exact ASX. Not the closest match. If the right one sits in another state, we'll pull it from there.
  • One place for the car and the funding. More than 30 lenders are compared rather than one in-house option.
  • One deal, not two separate ones. Your trade-in is priced and built into the changeover figure.
  • Nothing in it for us to steer you. We don't own the cars, so the recommendation stays honest.

EXCEED (2WD)FRONT WHEEL DRIVE$46,490Instant quote

List prices are manufacturer RRP excluding on-road costs, indicative only and current as at August 2026. Your drive-away price depends on variant, options, state on-road costs and the offers we get back.

NOTE 04 — CONDITIONAL BLOCK, COMPLIANCE. Tone guide §5. Where Mitsubishi is BYD, Tesla, Honda or Mercedes-Benz, discounts are only available via novated leasing. Variant B renders instead of Variant A: no "we'll beat the dealer price", no cash-discount message, no {{saving_proof}} stat, and the finance disclaimer becomes mandatory in-block. Flip the toggle in the top bar to preview. Hard branch in the template, not an editorial choice.
NOTE 05 — READ THIS BEFORE THE FIRST RUN. Unique content on this page is now: the H1/H2, the table (variant names, drivetrains, prices), the colours FAQ, and the price figures in the first FAQ. Everything else — benefits, Rodar vs dealership, nationwide, finance, how it works, seven of the nine FAQs — is byte-identical across all 300 pages. That ratio works when the table is full and fails when it isn't: a model with two variants and no price data produces a page that is ~95% identical to every other page in the directory, and at 300 URLs that pattern is what gets a whole folder discounted rather than one page. Hard rule for the generator: no variant list or no prices, no page. Better to ship 180 good pages than 300 with 120 thin ones dragging on them.
The difference

Rodar vs dealership

At a dealership you're negotiating against someone who does this every day. With a broker, that flips — they compete for you.

At the dealership

One dealer's stock, one dealer's price, and a Saturday you're not getting back.

  • × Limited stock and one dealer's price
  • × Haggling and back-and-forth
  • × Extras and fees appear at the paperwork
  • × Their finance desk, their lender
  • × You chase the deal

With Rodar

You tell us once. We handle it end-to-end.

  • 1,000+ dealers competing for your ASX
  • No haggling — we made dealers compete
  • Full drive-away price upfront
  • 30+ lenders compared, not one desk
  • We come back with the deal

Send us the ASX you're after and we'll do the running. The whole network gets asked, and you see the offers next to each other. Many of our buyers never see a showroom at all. If you'd prefer to pick it up, we'll hold it at a dealership close to you.

NOTE 06 — City list is static across every page — same copy, same order. Do not spin this into /new-car-broker/ford-ranger-2026/melbourne. Model × city is a doorway-page pattern and will take the whole directory down with it.

NOTE 07 — COMPLIANCE. Layout and wording match the approved finance block from the live site. Two things were kept that the reference doesn't show and that must not be dropped: the New car finance eyebrow, which keeps the keyword on the page now the H2 no longer carries it, and the disclosure line beneath the lender logos. Banned strings: guaranteed, guaranteed approval, cheapest, lowest rate, best rate, instant approval, #1, no.1, always. The disclaimer renders here, not only in the footer.

FAQs

2026 Mitsubishi ASX FAQs

What does a brand new ASX cost?

The ASX starts around $37,740 for the LS (2WD) and runs past $46,490 for the Exceed (2WD), before on-roads. What you actually pay is a different number. It depends on variant, options, your state's on-road costs and what the dealers come back with when they are competing. Send us the spec and we will come back with a real drive-away figure, at no cost to you.

Is the ASX drive-away price different to the advertised one?

Drive-away is the on-the-road figure for the ASX, not the advertised one. It is list price plus registration, CTP, stamp duty and dealer delivery. On top of that we push for the extras a dealer can include: floor mats, a full tank, first service where we can get it. You will see every line before you sign.

How do I tell whether the ASX is big enough for what we need?

Which ASX grade gives you what in seats, boot and safety rating is not obvious from the literature. Tell us what genuinely has to fit rather than what you think you should ask for. We will confirm which variants between the LS (2WD) and the Exceed (2WD) meet it. Where the ASX does not suit, we will say so rather than sell it anyway.

Is there a broker fee on top of the ASX price?

No separate charge comes your way on the ASX. The fee is inside the deal, which means the ASX number we give you does not move. Nothing gets added between quote and handover. It is all set out for you in advance.

What am I getting for the step from the LS (2WD) to the Exceed (2WD) on the ASX?

The LS (2WD) opens the ASX range at $37,740 and the Exceed (2WD) tops it at $46,490. Equipment and drivetrain do most of the work between the two. In practice the middle grades are where the value tends to sit. Let us know what it has to do and we will narrow the list honestly.

Will a baby seat actually work in the back of the ASX?

It can, and the honest answer depends on what else you are carrying. What matters is the pram, the seat count, and whether anyone tall has to sit in front of it. This is the shape most families land on, though not every grade gives you the same room in the back. We will tell you which ASX grades give you the room and which only look like they do. Where another model would serve you better, we will point you at it instead.

Do I still get the full Mitsubishi warranty buying a Mitsubishi ASX through a broker?

Yes. The ASX carries the same Mitsubishi factory warranty you would get walking into a dealership. It is supplied new through a franchised Mitsubishi dealer, which is the whole point. Warranty attaches to the car and the supplying dealer, not to who negotiated the price. You are getting a dealer car at a price you did not have to argue for.

Is there a wait on the ASX at the moment?

The honest answer is that it depends on whether the ASX exists yet or not. Something already in the country can be yours within a week or two. Build slots are a different story, and colour can move them too. We check what is actually available before you commit, so you get a real date.

This is my first new car. Will someone actually explain the ASX process to me?

Yes, and it is a genuine part of the job rather than a favour. A lot of our buyers are purchasing a car on their own for the first time, without a friend or family member in the industry to lean on. Nobody finds this obvious the first time, and that is fine. Send us an enquiry and our team will walk you through every step on the ASX.

Can my current car go towards the ASX instead of me selling it myself?

Yes, we handle it. Your car is valued and offset against the ASX. You end up with one changeover figure rather than two separate numbers. If the wholesale offer beats the dealer's trade number, that difference lands in your pocket. Both figures are put to you, and the choice stays yours.

NOTE 09 — Ship FAQPage JSON-LD from the same data source as the rendered accordion — never hand-write the schema separately, they drift. First FAQ renders open so there's crawlable text without a click; the rest are collapsed but present in the DOM, not lazy-loaded.

2026 Mitsubishi ASX
NOTE 10 — Single conversion point, now stepped. This is the same wizard that runs on /apply/car-buying.html, ported here: desktop (≥768px) uses the v2 wizard, mobile uses the v1 wizard in a fullscreen popup. Make and Model come from the URL and are locked, so the flow opens on "Which variant?" — seven steps instead of nine. The answers land in the hidden #ncbQuoteFields carrier and post to save_new_car_broker_lead, so the CRM mapping is unchanged. Success state is the wizard's own thank-you screen with the call booking picker.
NOTE 11 — The old flat fourteen-field form is gone — this replaces it. The hero form above still fires first (name / mobile / email / postcode) and prefills the wizard, so a drop-off part-way through the steps is still a callable lead.
NOTE 11 — INTERNAL LINKING. Generated, never hand-curated. Nine model pills plus the hub, in a fixed order: six {{related_body[]}} (same body type — the competitor set a Ranger buyer is actually cross-shopping), then three {{related_make[]}} (same make, different model). The hub pill always renders last and always points at /new-car-broker/ — that link is what stops the directory becoming 300 orphans, so it is not optional on any page. Rules for the generator: exclude the current page from its own list; never link to a page that failed the data threshold and wasn't generated; pad from {{related_make[]}} if a body type has fewer than six siblings; if a model has no siblings at all, render the hub pill alone rather than reaching for unrelated vehicles. Anchor text stays as the plain model name — the target page's H1 already carries "car broker", and stamping it into all ten anchors is the kind of thing that reads as manipulation.
